The Moselle region is particularly famous for its Riesling. However, it is not only Riesling, but also Pinot Blanc, M\u00fcller-Thurgau and Pinot Noir that it has to offer. Our vines are vinified by hand with tradition and innovation to produce fine wines and bottled for you.<\/p>\n

Wine and vineyards<\/em>Our locations<\/h1>\n

Our Estate wines<\/strong> are cuv\u00e9es from several vineyards and always labelled with the Moselle region. These include our Bahnhofschoppen, for example, but also the ros\u00e9 wines.
\nThe wines for every day.<\/p>\n

The Local wines<\/strong> are all wines from the Zeller Schwarze Katz, they all come from the vineyards around Zell. They are always made from one grape variety: Riesling or Pinot Blanc.
\nThey are particularly suitable for after-work drinks or when visiting friends.<\/p>\n

All our\u00a0Site wines\u00a0<\/b>and those matured in wooden barrels, are\u00a0spontaneous<\/i>\u00a0or also\u00a0wild<\/i> fermented with the grape's own yeasts, which is why we have different wild animals on the label depending on the location and grape variety.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div>

The stag stands for the Riesling - elegant and sparkling - the king of the forest, just as the Riesling is the queen of grape varieties.
\nThe Zeller Nu\u00dfberg produces a particularly elegant, slender yet intense Riesling, just like a young stag.<\/p>\n

Vines planted in 1943 characterise most of the Zeller Burglay-Felsen. The low yield of the old vines makes it the most powerful Riesling, the top dog among our wines.<\/p>\n

The Keiler, matured in wooden barrels, is made from the best grapes from our Pinot Blanc vines. Wild and full-bodied, it leaves a lasting impression.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div>
